Utsalady Point is located almost at the top of Camano Island between Maple Grove Beach and Terry’s Corner. The point is just to the west of Utsalady Bay and there are many homes along the point as well as north of N. Camano Dr. running east and west along the bay.

This unincorporated community on the North Shore of Camano Island offers an elementary school and is part of the Stanwood school system. Several buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places as well as the Washington State Heritage Register. Utsalady was a base from which many early settlers headed to Stillaguamish and Skagit Valley’s on the mainland and has been growing ever since the mid-1850s. There’s a large historical sign as you enter the park, which talks about the first white settlers and the historical significance of the lumber industry in the area.

Residents have beautiful views of the Saratoga Passage, Skagit Bay, and would be Island, especially from Utsalady Point Vista Park. The park is perfect for day picnics and hikes but all dogs must be on a leash and there’s no overnight camping. The point features a boat ramp at 2998 Utsalady Point Rd. as well as a very limited picnic area, and beautiful views of the mountains and would be Island.

Utsalady Bay WA Real Estate

There are homes on both sides of W. North Camano Dr. but those on the north side of the road typically have beach access or waterfront property. Homes are anywhere from $300,000 up to $1.5 million depending on size, condition, location, view, and lot size. This is primarily a residential community but homeowners and renters are just a few minutes from Terry’s Corner and all of the shops and restaurants in Stanwood.
